Key Food Equipment Services, Canada, a household name in the restaurant industry in British Columbia, is a Canadian owned company that has been specializing in servicing commercial kitchen equipment since 1982. His grandfather founded Eugene Choquette Electrician in Montreal in 1913, now known as 'Choquette CKS'. Key's Past President, Jean Choquette, comes from a family with nearly 100 years' connection to the restaurant equipment service business. Jean acquired Key in 1997 when it had only six service technicians and has led it in a phase of dramatic growth.
